COMMENTS: beautiful morning...cool sunrise with the clouds moving in. Ran to Brook House to meet up with Anuj and Mark. Nice easy run down to the Arboretum trails. Legs feeling much fresher and nagging injuries seem to be clearing up. Hit the hill on Tappan St. a little harder. A good run; will try to hit 15 next week.
