COMMENTS: woke up feeling pretty good.
breakfast: oatmeal
lunch: sticky rice, seaweed, unagi
snack: powerbar (5pm)
dinner: stikcy rice, dinosaur kale, duck, ommegang beer (knocked me out after one cup), chocolate cake
work-out: 6 x 400m with about 4 min. rest
1:20, 1:21, 1:25, 1:25, 1:18, 1:05
not consistent times, but wanted to see how i felt after a fast 400m. Felt pretty fresh throughout the workout, although i had to force myself to remember to have a fast cadence.
