COMMENTS: Nice relaxing pool run. Getting smoother with the stride. No pain while running.
Did some strengthening exercises afterwards
1. side bridge (10 raises, 10 leg lifts, 10 twists)
2. back bridge (heel 7 raise, 7 single leg; flat foot 7 raise, 7 single)
3. forward bridge (10 single leg, 10 w/ arm raises)
side stabilizers are very weak.
