Felt lousy all day, didn't sleep well. Felt better as the day wore on. Still having strange bowels in the morning around 11AM. Felt good at the beginning of the run and strong all the way through. Right calf a bit sore from changing stride to pull more and lower it.
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: 3 slices pizza
snack: 1/2 powerbar
after workout: rest of powerbar, gatorade
dinner: salmon sashimi, spinach, oyakodon
