COMMENTS: Did a combo work-out today. 15 minutes on the ellipitical (145), then 15 minutes running at 7.0mph/1.0deg, then 10 minutes on ellipitcal, then 5 minutes on the treadmill. No knee pain. Did without thigh sleeve. Starting to feel a bit more confident about running... maybe a short run on Thursday?

hamstring bridge on ball
side plank with leg raises
quad plank with leg raises and parachute
single leg balance beam
single leg balance beam with twist
single leg partial squats in three directions
