Planned work-out 5x1000 with 400m RI
Knee is still a bit sore, so work-out done primarily on bike. 10 minute warm-up, then 3:27 on level 12, keeping the rpm between 110-115. Did 3rd interval on the treadmill at 10.9 mph, found it quite taxing. Rested about 2 minutes between intervals.
