COMMENTS: VO2Max test at Nutrition center. 4 min. warm-up at 6mph. Hooked up with EKG and aspirometer? Test: all @ 6mph. 2 min. @ 0, 2 min. @ 2, 2 min. @ 4, 2 min. @ 6, 2 min. @ 8, 2 min. @ 10, 2 min. @ 12, 2 min @ 14, 1 min. @ 16. Definitely could have gone longer @ 16 deg., but saving it for the race. HR only hit 182, so based on the measured VO2Max of 62, actual VO2Max closer to 65-66.
