BAA 2 x (4x800) @ 5K pace, 1:30 RI
1st two intervals went smoothly, but then started to struggle to hold 2:45s, which usually doesn't happen during intervals. Was hoping to get into the low 2:40s towards the end, but 2:45s were the limit for me by the end. Not sure if it was the skiing over the weekend, or how hot and dry it was in the gym.
