COMMENTS: Finally got a decent amount of rest after averaging 3-4 hours sleep a night over the weekend. Skipped the run in the morning and did it after work instead. A very comfortable run. Some of the mile splits were off. Started to tire a bit after mile 9 but surprisingly, HR never crept up and in fact, pace actually dropped in the second half. Hope my legs hold up after this run.
