COMMENTS: no run today. Felt pretty good after waking up this morning and felt energetic throughout the day until afternoon snack. Ate something that knocked me out.

Breakfast: oatmeal

Lunch: pasta, italian sausage and marinara

Snack: 1st bar at Starbucks (possible problem), hot chocolate (w/ lactaid), and char siu soh.

Dinner: pasta
