COMMENTS: 3x1600m, 800m RI
Felt pretty loose after the warm-up. Had trouble maintaining even pacing during the intervals b/c I haven't done intervals this pace in awhile. Was picking up the pace at the end of the intervals to get in in time. Might have been the darkness too.
