Calves sore yesterday, so moved the tempo run to today. Legs feel pretty fresh today. Was able to really hammer the HMP portions and it was manageable. Finished the 2nd interval pretty easily. Didn't do the 2nd one as fast, probably because footing was not as good and headwind was just nasty. Calves started to get sore by the end, maybe because of the newton's. Good effort today.
