COMMENTS: critical velocity workout.
3 x 2000m @ 6:20 pace, 3:00 RI (jog 400m)
Skipped the mile pace intervals at the end. Felt smooth and graceful as I did these intervals. Amazing that HR stayed under 170 for the entire interval. ITB tightened up a bit at the end.
