Notes

COMMENTS: I felt a bit sore this morning, but not surprising considering the effort I put in. In an effort to save my legs for the Stowe, hit the stationary bike for 30 minutes instead of going out for a jog. Did some light stretching. Legs felt much better as the day progressed.
