Notes

COMMENTS: 7:30AM session with Peter. Was impressed that I had run 45 min. and 1 hr with no pain last week.

Massaged ITB and quads and noted less tenderness and better malleability

10 min. ultrasound.

Went through some new exercises.

1. side plank on ball, abd and add

2. sit on ball, raise one leg

3. forward plank on ball at knee

4. forward plank on ball at waist, work on gluteus medius.
