Got home and immediately headed out to see if I could catch the fam at Chill. Found Aidan and Dad outside.... no hint of recognition from Aidan. Afterwards, headed out for 2 loops around the res, and back. Knee feeling pretty stiff, so not sure about intervals tomorrow.
