COMMENTS: BF run. Ran from VFW post. Easy pace for 5 miles just past MofS. Picked it up to MP until BU bridge. Paced Anuj. Pace felt easy... HR under 157. Waited a bit for the rest of the crew to catch up, then easy back to the VFW post.
