COMMENTS: Ran from work to Chris' with backpack. Seems to add about 5-10 bpm. Felt a little sluggish at the beginning, but much better after about a mile. Met CK and Chris on the emerald necklace, circled back for >0.5 mile, then back to his place. very humid
