vVO2Max test with Boston Fit. Really cold and stiff this morning. Not much of a warm-up except for SWU. Splits were:

2:41 (1:24)
4:04 (1:23)
5:27 (1:23)
Arms started to tighten at the end. Could have pushed harder, but was tough to get arms moving. Very windy on the backstretch.
