COMMENTS: Treadmill interval work out
3x1600m @ 6:15, jog 400m (~2:45)
Warm-up loosened the legs up. I thought this was going to be tough @ this pace, but they were all manageable, especially the last one. Feels like something I could maintain for a 10K +. Very positive workout... last speed workout before Austin.
