Why do I run:
I just really, really enjoy it. It also is really good for my diabetes control. Colorado is a great scenic place to be outdoors and the weather is outstanding (most of the time) for running. |
Why I started running:
Started running 2002 after deciding enough with being in & out of shape over the years. Never thought I'd like it but now am hooked and in better shape than ever. |
