"Long" run with Dave. Originally planned to go at 7:30, but it was too icy so we rescheduled for 9. It was still too icy then, so we finally ran at 11. Felt pretty good and we were clipping off some quick-ish miles when the roads were clear. Crazy how warm it was after this past week! We only did 10 since neither of us are in any sort of shape.
