Happy with this performance. Got out behind a few guys who went out fast and took the lead a little after half a mile. Dialed it back to save some strength for Lilac on Sunday. Was sure I was running 6:30s and was pleasantly surprised when I saw the finish clock at 18:30. Felt very relaxed and smooth the whole time. Very encouraging after a few tiring, sluggish weeks.
