Notes

Ran after doing 53 push-ups in one minute at the fitness center. Legs (inner thighs) felt sore and tired when I started, and I did not think this was going to be an enjoyable run. Ran to the Helman nature center and back on the trails, then did six strides once I got back on the roads. I actually felt very smooth and quick on the strides, which was surprising.
