Met Kraig at Cobb's Hill for an easy run so I could have lunch with Glen at noon. First mile was very slow but I honestly don't think I could have gone much faster. We found a nice little gravel path between Elmwood and Westfall that was pretty nice. Kraig stopped at 6 and I ran to Winton and back and did some strides. Had an awkward encounter where my very last stride took me right next to a girl running the same way, so then I had to keep running fast so I didn't just sprint past her and then slow down and run right next to her.
