depletion long run: didn't eat anything before or during this run. Was a little nervous that I would be super hungry and/or hit the wall, but I actually felt really good! Had a bit of a rough patch from 14 to 15 but then felt good again. Debated doing 20 but wanted to get back in time for Ashlie to run.
