Met Kraig at Cobb's Hill at 7 and did a few miles with him before meeting Jen Malik and Mike Heymann to continue our long run. Went down to the river and into GVP before coming back through Highland park. Felt awful at first, but gradually felt better as the run went on, despite the heat and humidity.
