Virtual Brooklyn mile. Ran on the roads down by the Byler's (well Slikers' cabin). About 2200 feet elevation and dirt roads. Chose a road that Strava said was flattish, but there was a very sizable hill in the middle. You can tell from the splits. I was doing 6:30 pace up it, and 10:30 pace during the cooldown. Happy that I was able to run three out of the four quarters at 4:56-5:20 pace. Probably would have been around 5:10 on flat road.
