Hot and humid today. Arms are sore from swimming and I had a dentist appointment this morning so I couldn't do NWW or yoga. Ran with Streb at lunch and am still dripping sweat as I type this. Got a bit of a hot spot on my right foot from the Minimi. Guess I need to wear socks with them for runs > 2 miles.
