Three Miles Barefoot, and pull-ups

Inspired by Inga Simning 's recent world records(!!), so I did 5x 5 pull-ups instead of the usual 4. Felt pretty decent on this run, but could tell that I definitely made the right call pushing my workout to tomorrow; legs didn't feel like they would have gone any faster, even if I threatened them.
