Ran to the town park shortly after the snow squall came through, and was feeling kind of antsy, so I decided to do a workout as soon as I hit one mile. Wasn't sure what exactly I wanted to do, so I just ran hard, and almost exactly 3:00 in decided I was done with the first surge, so I opted to do 5x 3:00 hard/3:00 off. Went pretty well and it was fun running hard in the snow!
