Notes

Descending ladder workout with Matt Palmer. Plan was 1600 @ 6:15, 1200 @ 6:00, 1000 @ 5:50, 800 @ 5:40, 400 @ 5:20 or so. Did a pretty good job of hitting the paces I think. The entire elementary school came out on the track during out 1000, so we did the 800 and 400 on the road to avoid plowing over the wee devils. 1600 and 1200 felt very easy, I picked up the effort during the 1000, and really pushed on the 800 and 400. Pretty happy with this workout.
