Notes
the first part of this morning's run, I forgot to turn on the watch. Stretching took about five minutes and then the way home took 37 minutes, it seemed much shorter. It was a good run, a little twingy in the left leg but nothing too serious. Body did get tired but I still managed pretty well.
the way up 34th street no longer seems uphill to me. I wonder if 39th street will lose it's uphilledness after a while. I am getting better at it, slowly.
I swear I can see and feel a bit of difference in my body.
