Notes
This is the one where I tried and was doing well but got screwed up in mile 3, the 2nd tempo mile, when my Ipod stopped and I tried to put the earphones away. But here is the break down: 1 - 9.46, 2-9.12, 3 - 9.26, 4 - 11.27, 5 - 10.52, 6 - ?. I was off on mile 6 although I tried to keep the 9 something pace going. But I really think I overshot on mile 5 and so mile six wasn't a full mile.
