COMMENTS: I wanted ot do a fartlek after reading the NYT article but I was just trying to keep up. Forgot my hankie so Robot Chicken Tshirt had to take a hit for the team. A messy hit. Kept seeing the same woman runner.
It was fun and I did a lot less walking than lately.
