COMMENTS: Beatutiful day for a run. I ran from Macarthur around the lake to the restroom. Then I walked through the park and along Grand until I hit the freeway overpass and ran for a bit more. I pushed too much, I am sure but it felt good. I kept going hard and having to stop though. I guess I have little self-control.
