Why do I run: It keeps my weight down, I cannot say I love it but it allows me to eat curry and drink without being too lardy. |
Why I started running: I only started seriiously in April 2006 although have bee running regularly at the gym a couple of miles. I wanted to see if I could get to marathon distance in 18 weeks like the training programme said, I couldn't. 15 miles is about the limit for me, my legs just feel like lead after that. I am now looking for another training schedule to maintain weight loss |
