Started in the Am to go do 1ks. My calf felt not perfect, didn't feel awful but didn't feel great. Starting running fast, though, I did feel awful. Did ~2 miles of warmup, 2x200 at 41 43, then 1ks in 3:31 3:32. I quit after that. What the hell?!? I ran easy Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday! Guess I'm pretty beat up :/ felt hard and I wasn't even running fast.
Kara did 2 more, then we jogged home.
soooo humid. Stomach didn't feel good either. Stopped to use the bathroom after 2.
