Notes

~ 3mile warmup with Lindsay through Oakland to le Track. Legs felt nice, it's really nice to be fresh for a workout :) Did some leg-swings and lunges to activate quads/glutes first. Heavy mist of rain. Soaked before I even started.

The wind was pretty "in my face" if you know what I mean. Legs felt pretty fine but felt like my form was a bit off. Didn't feel too fatigued at the end, but didn't exactly want to do another rep by myself. Ran back to the X for some strength afterwards.
