Kept up with the second pack for about 3-4 miles, then started feeling some stomach stuff and held back a little to try and avoid future damage. I was alone into the wind for basically all the rest (the wind was at my back for the last 2 miles, at least). I kept L in my sight the whole time. My legs were ok but not super fresh feeling, probably from Tuesday/Thursday's workouts. My splits were something like:

18:34 (5k)
30:41 (5 mile, I thought it was more like 31:00)
38:00 (ish, 10k)
50:30 (8 mile, ish)
I had to use the bathroom ASAP afterwards, which was unfortunate and kept me back a bit even in the last 800.
