Hounds practice alone. Didn't feel great in the AM or during the warm-up. Could tell it wasn't gonna be awesome.
Dudes were doing 1200s, I was all alone. Felt kinda shitty.
~3-3.5 warmup, 2x200 at 42 with 100 walk 100 jog
About 3:00 rest (100 walk, 250-300 jog)

(killed it at this point, 3" slow was a lot, for 3:27-3:30).
Legs just felt shitty. Ran home. Needed to stop at Panera to use the bathroom (2 servings of iron, ugh).
