Wow, it was really friggin' humid. I finished a touch early because I was dying and I was in a hurry. I was supposed to do 3 miles easy, 3 miles 6:50, 3 miles 6:40. I did the above. It was horribly humid and rainy. Also I shouldn't have done so much on the track. It totally sucked to run 5 miles on the track.
