Felt good! Really had good rhythm. The weather was perfect save a bit of wind, nice temps. Paced with CNW's 2As for a couple of these (they were doing mile repeats, so it worked to hang on to them for #1 and #5). Could have done one more for sure, but decided this was my secondary workout of the week and to save it for my tempo (!!!) run. Had to go to the bathroom after half of these (what did I eat? Triscuits (1.5hr), chilli, cinnamon roll (5-6 hours)).
