With L and Kate(for the first 7). Felt pretty good, did a good job with hydration and fuel though I was thirsty the whole time (humidity== sweating a lot but not cooling off). ~150-200 cal in corn water at 7 miles, a gel at 11ish, and water anytime I could find it.
Did some .5 mile pieces at marathon pace in the second half (actually, did one whole mile at it at the end).
