Tempo by HR, 4 mile WU, 5 miles with hr between 165-175. Legs felt kinda garbage-y but had reasonable-ish splits, given I couldn't get my heart rate above 170 until the end. Then 3 miles home for cooldown.

Temps were reasonable, thankfully :)
