Notes
This run was awesome. I felt soooo good. When I started I didn't know if I would, but it just felt really really good. I felt strong and confident. The weather was good, I ate some Kashi cherios-type things with milk and a banana and a bunch of water and waited awhile before doing this workout. Ran from B's on 65th over to Roosevelt/Green lake, did 4 mile tempo around there, jogged down roosevelt to BG to finish up. Was pretty sure I needed to stop for the bathroom so I did 3 in the second part.
3 easy, 4 at 6:30-6:10 (no progression, just a range), 3 easy, 2-4 at 6:30-6:10. Splits:

I'm pretty sure I didn't actually run 6:28; I did have to stop so I guess it's possible. But it felt faster and was on the Burke Gilman with a lot of tree cover...
