once I got my legs moving it was so easy. didn't feel like work at all -> then again, I was in town where it is absolutely flat.
It's a really good sign, coming off a hard 15k effort, that you felt good and this run felt really easy. Just means you have the right amount of strength and fitness right now to handle an effort like that without it setting you back at all, and can continue building. Nice run!
