my right quad hurts a little--> but didn't when I ran. My choice to run today were treaddy or Indian Brook. I thought making myself run slow on treaddy was better choice.
Do you have a foam roller? If so, use it on your quads and hamstrings lightly before each run, and then longer and deeper each evening before bed. Treadmill is not always the best choice when something is sore, so try running outside slowly as well.
