don't even ask about why I had to run my run on the tready on such a beautiful day....

I feel strong. My legs feel really great.this run was super easy for me..

My back still tight and gets worse at night but now I can almost look down to see if my lunch is on my shirt ha ha :-)

idk wth I did to it...guess I'm not 20 anymore...or even 30 for that matter

I'm ready to go for it tomorrow....but scared as shit! just sayin' What did Thursday's run show? is it harder to run intervals solo than race? I should know the answer...I'm really starting to panic...don't want to fail at hitting my mark two weeks in a row

Generally speaking, you should definitely be able to do 4 x mile repeats at the same pace as your 5k goal for it to be realistic. Probably should be able to pull off 5 x mile. What does it Thursday's run show? On paper, it says that 7:45 pace for a 5k may be pushing it, and you may struggle to hold that pace consistently. But you don't race on paper. Have fun with it. Run fast, stay on pace, and enjoy the challenge. Your first mile will make or break your race.
