so THAT'S what is like to be tired from running.....wow! I am pooped out! ready for tomorrow's day off...btw...can I bang out the intervals off the bat to get them over with...scares the bageezers out of me...
And only 15 weeks to go! ;o) Rest up! You can do the interval workout as early as Wednesday, but not before that. We need at least one day off, and one easy recovery run before the workout. Let me know when you decide to do them and where. I would like to meet you for them if possible.
